Why is the course now 12 hours instead of 8?
Nevada updated its state requirements for Level 1 DUI education. The course was revised from 8 hours to 12 hours per current Nevada law. The legacy 8-hour course is no longer offered or accepted for new enrollments. All students enrolling today complete the 12-hour version, which fully satisfies the current Nevada court requirement.
