PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY CHECKING THE “I AGREE” BOX ON THE ENROLLMENT PAGE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ENROLL.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Student”) and Roadwise DUI / Certified Driving Center LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. DUI Course Notarization Requirements
Per Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) Section 483.778(7), the Nevada DMV requires students completing the 12-Hour Level 1 DUI Course to sign a notarized statement confirming the course was completed independently and personally.
Zoom Notarization Process
Notarization is conducted through Zoom by a licensed Nevada notary retained or contracted by Roadwise DUI. The Company reserves the right to select any licensed Nevada notary provider at its sole discretion.
Certificate Release Requirements
Your Certificate of Completion will not be issued until the notarization process is fully completed and verified.
Students Under 18 Years Old
If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must complete the notarized statement on your behalf.
Included Notary Fee
The notary fee is included in the $159 all-inclusive course enrollment fee. No additional fee is required.
2. Nevada DUI Course Completion Requirements
To receive a Certificate of Completion for the Nevada 12-Hour DUI School course, all students must complete the following requirements:
- Attend the full 12-hour live Zoom DUI class
- Remain visible on camera during the entire session
- Respond to attendance verification polls
- Complete notarization requirements
- Receive administrative approval before certificate release
Court-Ordered Completion Deadlines
Students are solely responsible for completing the course within the deadline ordered by their court. Failure to complete the course within the required timeframe may require re-enrollment and repayment of all course fees.
Victim Impact Panel (VIP) Requirements
The Victim Impact Panel requires full attendance for the complete 90-minute session. Partial attendance does not satisfy court requirements.
3. Missed DUI Classes and Rescheduling Policy
All sessions are conducted live online. Students who cannot attend a scheduled session may request a reschedule subject to instructor availability.
Rescheduling Conditions
- At least 4 hours advance notice is required
- Rescheduling depends on available class slots
- Rescheduling does not extend court deadlines
- No-show absences may be treated as voluntary withdrawal
4. Student Identity Verification and Conduct
Identity Verification Requirements
Students may not allow another person to attend or complete any portion of the course on their behalf. Identity verification is completed using a third-party KYC verification system before course admission.
Fraud and Misrepresentation
Any misrepresentation of identity may result in immediate removal from the course, forfeiture of all fees, and reporting to the Nevada DMV or referring court.
Student Conduct Rules
- No disruptive behavior
- No threatening conduct
- No participation while under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances
- No unauthorized recording of course sessions
5. Court Acceptance and Jurisdiction Verification
Students are responsible for verifying that their court accepts the Roadwise DUI live Zoom DUI course and online Victim Impact Panel before enrolling.
Roadwise DUI is approved by the Nevada DMV; however, individual court requirements may vary.
6. Refund Policy and Chargebacks
Non-Refundable Course Fees
All course fees are non-refundable except where expressly stated below.
Eligible Refund Situations
- Full refund available if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
No Refund Situations
- No refunds after the course session begins
- No refunds for missed sessions or no-shows
- No refunds for incomplete courses
- No refunds for failed notarization completion
Chargeback Policy
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in additional fees, collections activity, legal action, and reporting to credit agencies.
7. Certificate Delivery and Record Retention
Roadwise DUI retains attendance records, notarized documents, evaluations, and certificates for a minimum of 3 years as required by Nevada regulations.
Certificates may be delivered to students, attorneys, courts, or compliance officers upon completion approval.
8. Privacy Policy and Student Data Security
Roadwise DUI collects personal information including your name, address, date of birth, and court-related information for enrollment and regulatory reporting purposes.
Data Security
The Company uses commercially reasonable safeguards to protect student data; however, no system can guarantee complete security.
Information Sharing
Personal information is never sold and is only shared as required by law, the Nevada DMV, or court compliance requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roadwise DUI / Certified Driving Center LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from enrollment or use of its services.
10. Student Indemnification Agreement
Students agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roadwise DUI / Certified Driving Center LLC from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and legal expenses arising from violations of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
12. Force Majeure
Roadwise DUI is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or third-party service outages.
13. Technical Requirements for Online DUI Classes
Students are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, internet connection, camera, microphone, and Zoom access before class begins.
Technical issues on the student’s side do not qualify for refunds or deadline extensions.
14. Arbitration and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
All disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Clark County, Nevada.
15. Acceptable Use Policy
- No malicious software or harmful activity
- No unauthorized sharing of Zoom or verification links
- No copying or redistribution of course materials
- No attempts to bypass platform security
16. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, course materials, and proprietary content associated with Roadwise DUI are the exclusive property of Certified Driving Center LLC.
17. Nevada DMV Reporting Requirements
Roadwise DUI is required under NAC 483.787 to submit enrollment and course completion information to the Nevada DMV and referring courts.
18. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Student and Roadwise DUI / Certified Driving Center LLC.
19. Student Agreement and Acknowledgment
By checking the “I Agree” box during enrollment, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
- You agree to be legally bound by these Terms
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- All enrollment information is accurate and truthful
- You verified your court accepts this course before enrolling
- You understand course fees are substantially non-refundable
